We have been in the screen print business since 1995.  Since that time, we have never had a job returned because of the quality of the screen-printing.  We even go that extra step to do what we call a "flash" when we print a lighter color on a dark garment. Many people do not understand what embroidery really is.  What we do first is take your design or logo and digitize it. Digitizing is a program that tells our embroidery machines how to sew your design or logo on a garment.  It tells it what colors to use in a particular area and how thick or thin to sew it.  We then do what we call a sew out which is the logo on a smaller piece of material, so that we can show our customers what it will look like before it is sewn on a garment.  People must remember that we are sewing their logo that was originally drawn in most cases by a graphic artist and telling a needle and thread to re-create the same on a fabric. So, embroidery is not an exact science.  But, we turn out some of the best embroidery in the area!

The quality of your embroidery is in direct relation to who does the digitizing.  Most digitizing and sewing is charged by the stitch count.  Normally 5,000 stitches is one price, and the price is increased per additional 1,000 stitches.  Not at K&S Sportswear, where we charge you the same price to digitize and embroider, regardless if your logo is 5,000 or 7,500 stitches.
